Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:

We offer the following shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping:

     Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your order’s progress.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• We are unable to deliver to certain remote locations. You will be notified if your shipping address falls under one of these locations.

Lost or Damaged Items:

• Bespoke TCG is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. However, if your package is damaged, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
• If your order doesn’t arrive, please reach out to us within 30 days of the shipment date, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
